Intermittent prefrontal cloud cover and wind before this next active pattern gets going. Sun was limited in the afternoon and not really a factor.

Snow Characteristics Comments
Variable. We spent a couple nights at the Yurt up here and had a good corn cycle with some wet activity Wednesday, with 4 to 8 inches of dry powder atop the bulletproof crusts on N facing slopes. Bottom feeding below around 8500 feet with awesome riding above. Most slopes showing heavy runneling and good stability although we were still able to trigger slow moving sluffs and loose wet activity yesterday. Did note one wet slab in the new snow on an E aspect in a predictable spot. Very manageable, very predictable conditions.

New snow from the weekend was well behaved but hopefully this next shot of snow comes in right side up. Could see the rain crust and M/F crusts being a real player otherwise.
