Comments
Ski pen roughly 10cm; boot pen 60+ cm....demonstrating how the wet snow has yet to lock up; the new snow only insulated the rain saturated upper levels of the snowpack.
Photos:
Class 2 cornice fall likely pulling out early this morning - 4' chunks of hard cornice...perhaps 100' wide.
Cornice laden ridgeline
The drive down Fairview canyon
Seems mostly stable with an eye toward cornice fall and wet activity -
