Forecast for the Skyline Area Mountains

The avalanche danger starts out at MODERATE this morning but may rise to CONSIDERABLE during the day depending on how much snow falls. Wind will be strong from the west and will drift snow. This is a big red flag. Wind drifted snow often makes the avalanche danger spike.
