Lots of wind loading even in protected areas. There is still snow to transport but most of it has blown around already. Firm bed surface underneath.

Problem #2 Comments

Dont know how it will shake out. Below 7800 ft the crust is quite stout. I don't want to say that we are starting over there but it is really quite firm. Could become problem layer as it starts to break down.

Comments

Windy and cold. Mixed bag of riding conditions. My biggest thing now is to track the current snow surface and see what happens next time it snows. Below 7800 feet snow has started to facet already on snow surface. There is also a sparkleing of surface hoar.

In Ogden we skin four wide so we can go at Conversation Pace!!
