Snow Characteristics Comments

The new snow has settled to about 10 inches of wet heavy glop even at 8k ft. This is sitting on the old crust and bonding well. The skiing is rather slow and heavy but still turnable. Skies are clearing at night and I would suspect a frozen mess tomorrow morning.

Problem #1 Comments

I guess the lack of sun kept this at bay today. Yesterday and Tuesday I could easily get wet push-alanches going, but not today even at the lowest elevations. I presume this will return tomorrow with warmer, sunnier weather.
