Thin and alternating melt-freeze and wind crust on exposed W-S aspects. Most crusts exposed to the sun had loosened up by 1 PM and made for surprisingly good skiing. Snow depth varied from 16-28".

Need better non-motorized signage at the base of Pinto Glades. Several snowbikes passed sign and tracked up slope.
