Snow Characteristics Comments

Still dry powder on S facing walking up Toledo bowl around 10:00am, but that didn't last long. By 2:00 pm green housing had dampened all aspects and elevations in Mineral, was in the Room of Doom N facing, around this time and the thin clouds and sun filtering through dampened the snow even on the N.

Comments

Skied NW facing Holy Toledo in the morning, snow was still dry and light. Walking up Cardiac Ridge to get to Mineral noted that the E facing was going off. the Room of Doom was still dry when we got there but the green housing, dampened the surface on our second run. Would expect most aspects and elevations to be crusted in the AM, except for super high shady N. Did note some large soft slabs that had pulled out during the storm in Mineral Fork, with decent debris piles. Only instability noted today was sluffing in the steeper terrain. Photos.

Minor sluffing in the Room of Doom.

Soft slabs and debris in NE, E facing upper Mineral.
