The bottom line is that a MODERATE avalanche danger exists on mid to upper elevation slopes steeper than about 35 degrees that have a NW-NE aspect. The danger here are buried persistent slabs that overly weak, sugary snow. There is also a MODERATE danger of triggering small, recently deposited wind slabs on upper elevation east and southerly aspects. Elsewhere, the avalanche danger is generally LOW.
