We observed minor cracking and some wind loading. Also, poor structure remains a concern.
Comments
We dug a number of pits in various places, and we didn't get any positive results. Cornices seemed pretty stiff and stubborn, too. See the video for an ECT and general summary of the snow structure. This pit seemed to be consistent with the upper-elevation wind deposition zones we traveled in today.
