Comments
I made a turn over a convex slope, that looked to be bare of snow, cut right to avoid ice surface and triggered a wind slab. I was able to ski out of it. Consequences were low had I been caught. Failed on the ice crust layer which seemed to be 1-2 inches thick in surrounding areas. (we did not stop to investigate slide)
