Snow Profile Comments

Triggered by Gaz-ex. First mission of the year. Started as new snow slide from last couple stroms/wind events. Cascaded over cliffs triggering hard slab on the apron. I believe it started on the surface hoar weakness identified while ioslating column in crown face and stepped down 4-5 inches running full path and track on rain crust above grauple. Step down apparent on crown face and in places on bed surface.

Comments

Surface hoar presented as 2mm plates laid over and sparkling (in photo #2) Q1 shear while cutting out wedge on the side to isolate column
