Advisory: Skyline Area Mountains Issued by Brett Kobernik for Friday - January 22, 2016 - 6:52am
bottom line

HUMAN TRIGGERED AVALANCHES ARE AGAIN LIKELY TODAY. The most likely areas will be the upper elevation more east facing steep terrain where wind has drifted snow. The avalanche danger is CONSIDERABLE in this terrain. Avoid getting onto steep slopes especially in the upper bowls. A MODERATE danger exits in the mid elevation terrain where human triggered avalanches are possible in wind drifted areas.

Two sled triggered avalanches were reported on Thursday. No one was caught or injured. Both involved fresh drifts which formed since last week with a significant loading occurring on Wednesday.
