Salt Lake Avalanche Advisory

Forecaster: Bruce Tremper

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Thanks so much for your help in making the 18th annual Black Diamond Fall Party a success!

This was a record breaking crowd and fundraiser for us. Snow is not far away. Here are some things to keep you busy until snow flies: Follow the Friends of the UAC on Facebook (www.facebook.com/Utah.Avalanche.Center) and Twitter (UtahAvalanche) - this is where breaking news about avy education, news, and events will first appear

Take a look at our updated website - we are in the process of adding an online avalanche education program, an online store for tickets, classes, and logo hats and shirts, and discussion forums. This will be under construction for the next month and a half, with new stuff appearing regularly.

Upcoming Stoke and Fundraising Events at Brewvies Cinema Pub:

Powderwhore Presents Breaking Trail September 28, 29, and 30

Sweetgrass Productions Presents Solitaire October 5

Boondockers & Thunderstruck Present Boondocker 8 and Thunderstruck 10 October 6

See the calendar for more details

And don't forget to get outside and enjoy the fall colors!
