CURRENT CONDITIONS

Welcome to the 2008-2009 winter season.  We will start producing avalanche advisories on an intermittent basis when there is enough snow cover.  We usually start our normal daily advisories sometime in mid to late November.  We look forward to serving you again this winter.

This information does not apply to developed ski areas or highways where avalanche control is normally done.  This advisory is from the U.S.D.A. Forest Service, which is solely responsible for its content. This advisory describes general avalanche conditions and local variations always occur.
