GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

We won't be updating the adviroy for this region until there is enough snow on the ground to warrant. But we're doing many updates to the Salt Lake region advisory, and check out Current Conditions for snowpack information. With some snow in the forecast, we will do regular early morning updates for the Salt Lake Region starting on Saturday, Dec 5th. Also check out the National Weather Service's new Snow/Avalanche page here.

This information does not apply to developed ski areas or highways where avalanche control is normally done.  This advisory is from the U.S.D.A. Forest Service, which is solely responsible for its content. This advisory describes general avalanche conditions and local variations always occur.
