Advisory: Abajo Area Mountains Issued by Eric Trenbeath for Thursday - February 23, 2017 - 7:26am
bottom line

The avalanche danger is mostly LOW in the Abajo/Blue Mountains. There may be a few lingering wind slabs on steep, upper elevation, northerly aspects. Suspect smooth, rounded pockets on the lee sides of ridge crests and terrain features. Practice safe travel techniques by only putting one person on a slope at a time.
