Comments

Easily Triggered bus sized Cornices Falls were able to be released with minimal effort; and as a result Soft and Hard Wind Slabs of the New Snow that has fallen since Saturday were cleaned out. These Avalanches filtered through the tree lines in the transition zones, and the trees were seen shaking when these flows moved through them. These Cornices were extremely overhanging and appeared to have grown significantly over the last few Precipitation Events. These Cornices were at least 20 feet high.
