The weakest snow is above mid Octobers crust.  This is fairly widespread on the north aspect of Sunset Peak.  There is not much chance this will fail currently as there is no real slab above it, just light density new snow.  This layer as well as the faceted snow below the crust is worth keeping an eye on.
