Snow is extremely spatially variable, as is typical when we are not getting many storm with much snow.  My main concern is the weak facets near the ground.  They produce very deep, large avalanches--difficult to trigger but very dangerous.  These are the hardest avalanches to manage.  Every time they are loaded with new or wind blown snow, it reactivates this layer.  I'm afraid we are stuck with these deep slab problems for the rest of the season unless something major changes.  The hazard will likely creep down to Moderate between storms and quickly rise to Considerable during storms and for a few days afterwards.
