Poor, poor structure.  Very much upside down snowpack.  Exceedingly weak lattice of depth hoar 15cm thick near the ground.  Slab 1F above.  Constant pole probing confirmed this across the slope.  Total depth 55cm or so.  Much has run since the 12/13 cycle.  Full propagation 11cm down at rime crust as well as 51cm down into basal depth hoar. 

This led us to being on full alert mode for the descent.  Untrustworthy.  We hugged the subridge until the lastt 400' of the descent down to the Medicine Tree.
