A widespread avalanche cycle occurred during the last storm and many paths released then some more snow filled them back in somewhat. The good thing is that the avalanches took a lot of the weak facets out and most of the snow that filled back in seems stable. The bad thing is the filled in snow is very shallow and prone to faceting which has already been taking place to the extent that it is fairly noticeable. This means we may see repeat avalanches once these paths get loaded again.
