Most of Cardiac Bowl is filled with quite weak snow.  My ski tails easily sank into weak faceted snow in the majority of the Bowl.  I did find one wind slab that I was not willing to screw around with which is profiled in the image below.  This layer is absent in most of the bowl.  Again, I find that the weakest snow and most likely to cause problems is above the mid October crust.
