Primary Concern Comments:

The trend is actually becoming less dangerous but at such a slow rate that it's negligible.  Teaching avalanche skool (yep, with a k) today, we had an in depth look at the continued poor structure.  Test results are very stubborn.  This is quite misleading.  While results are hard, propagation is a consistent theme.  Propagation over rides stubborn test scores in my book.

After spending 40 minutes with 11 people spread out across a test slope digging individual holes, we all started to regroup and experienced at least 5 significant collapses!  This was in addition to one other VERY large collapse earlier in the day.

THIS WEAK LAYER IS NOWHERE NEAR THE STATE OF BEING TRUSTWORTHY!!!
