After the third trip on the uptrack skier collapsed the slab, felt it and heard it, resulting in cracking along the contour for many hundreds of feet below. North east slope, 8800 feet. Seems like a steeper slope would have slid. Saw many old avalanches, some where you'd expect, some not so much. Several other collapses and cracking noted.
