Willow, west and south monitor, west facing USA bowl warm, partly cloudy, light NW wind
Looked at a couple of slides from the last two to three days. Reported slide in West monitor seemed to be a bit exaggerated in size Shallow soft slab, not quite making it to the bottom of the rollover crown not evident. Other slide skiers far right of south monitor not in the main bowl. 50 FT wide ran about 30ft into the trees deepest part of the crown 2ft deep looked at the bed surface on this one, buried NSF weak layer. Both slides between 9700-10000 ft in elevation, N-NW facing. Only new activity observed today was minor point releases in south monitor and lower roles in the meadow shoots. Wicked crust on west facing USA bowl.
No cracking or collapsing.
Dense creamy snow, fast and fun.
