Light snow for most of the day with a touch of blue in the late afternoon. During a couple periods in the early afternoon, clouds "thinned" ever so briefly, and snow on some solar aspects immediately became affected.

Red Flags Comments
We did not experience any cracking, collapsing, or note any avalanches of note. The snow did not sluff on steep test slopes. I had expected to see significant wind loading and subsequent slab development.
Comments
Many quick tests and hand pits revealed a good bond to the old pre-storm crusts. A weakness perhaps a foot down will probably settle out overnight. We noted a number of steep slopes ridden without activity.
