Interesting rime crust from 12-19 splitting F-hard layers of fresh snow from when the rain line came up in elevation for a while......  This could be holding things together at mid elevations.....

Good riding conditions, but difficult and very tedious trail-breaking on ascent.....

Snow was a bit more stable than I expected on the Franklin Basin side of the Beav.  I triggered cornice falls and small ridge-top SSs on the east facing side of the ridge-line, but tests showed fair stability on West facing slopes
