The strong winds up high kept the temperatures chilly preventing a warming of the snow pack.

On the south aspect into Dry Creek, there was a thin melt/freeze crust topping off a 3cm variable crust.  The snow below the crust was very loose.

On the NE aspect into Maybird the snow pack was very dense and supportable and skied fairly well.
