Cold, in and out visibility, rare defuse sunshine
light weight and crumbly RR crust on southeast through southwest facing slopes.... SH and nsf shallow powder conditions elsewhere.
no red flags today

I noticed evidence of lots of similar natural activity on steep east facing slopes and below rock out-crops.
Interesting weather with light snowfall and periods of defuse sunshine.
Here's looking at the top meter of my snow pit on the southwest face of Mt Magog. Both the very hard rain/rime crust buried under about a foot and the surface sun or radiation re-crystallization crust on the surface may lead to future instabilities..... My skies are 185 cms with tail on the rocks.......
