Snow Profile from the East Slope near the south end of the south ridge.
The photo is right in the middle of the East slope of Magog
These are of the area right by the test pit.
Big deep crown, probably 20 inches deep, running on the buried surface hoar.
"Brokeback Mtn" (Southwest of Magog, the slope went big last year) This slide was 400-500 feet wide and left a pretty good pile in the trees at the bottom.
We didn't venture back any further due to visibility. Further down the canyon we noticed crowns and slides up Wood Camp, Tab hollow, Birdeneau South, Music note, In-and-out chute.
We also noticed some activity on the Wellsvilles, with a nice crown on Mendon Peak (sorry no pictures).
