Great Riding at elevations above 8400 feet. We made a couple of laps on Chicken hill, Magog East Slope, and North of the lake. The snow was nice and we never cut through to the ice layer other than where the wind had moved all the snow. Surprisingly few sluffs even on slopes over 40 degrees.
We cut loose one small wind slab on the East slope of Magog. It was 10-15 feet wide and and only a few inches deep. There were areas that the top 4-6 inches of new snow sluffed but nothing to be concerned about.
