Atomic Backcountry Skis, Wasatch Backcountry Rescue, and Level Nine Sports are hosting a free avalanche awareness clinic, Friday, Feb. 24, from 6:30-8 p.m. The free clinic will include a multi-media presentation by Wasatch avalanche professionals and guest Snowbird ski patrollers speaking on backcountry / sidecountry travel and recreation.

Atomic will have their new 2012/2013 backcountry and sidecountry line of skis, boots, and bindings to check out.  Atomic reps and A-Team members will be on hand to answer questions.  Atomic Backcountry has generously donated a free pair of their cutting edge backcountry skis to be given away that evening.
