General Comments

Soft slab avalanche broke a few hundred feet above snowmobilers climbing the gully just below.  Rider was able to turn around and get out of the way of the debris which did not run as far as they usually do in this area.   Debris pile was soft and around 4-5 feet deep at the base of the bowl.  Visibility was low so I did not get  a photo.
