Snow Profile
Snow Profile Comments:

Brighton Patrol received report of snowboarder triggered slide in Lackawaxen Basin off Clayton's Peak. Reporting party had descended adjacent slope and was watching, actually filming from below. Reported snowboarder sort of "ski cutting" the slope triggering the slab above and below him. Getting off the slab then turning back under it and "beating" it to the run-out. Reporting party stated " My partner and i skied an easier less angled slope. prior he asked if we could spot him. After we skied he hiked up higher to a steeper slope, ski cut it. didn't stop. kept skiing down and "beat it". he seemed rather desensitized by the ordeal. After i showed him the video he asked me not to show anyone!"

Video is now posted at www.vimeo.com under " snowboarder squeaking through" posted by photographer for education purposes
